ICASA issues draft licensing processes, procedures notice
The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) is calling for written submissions on the draft regulations regarding the processes and procedures for applying for licences to provide Electronic Communications Network Services, Electronic Communications Services and Broadcasting Services. A copy of the proposed regulations is available on www.icasa.org.za.
