Hilary Biller wins 2014 UJ's Golden Circle Alumnus Award

The University of Johannesburg has awarded Sunday Times Food Weekly editor, Hilary Biller, the 2014 School of Tourism and Hospitality (STH) Golden Circle Alumnus Award. The award recognises future-fit leaders and their contributions to the tourism and hospitality sector.

Biller has been writing about food for more than 25 years and has authored seven cookery books including the popular 2012 and 2013 editions of the ST Food Weekly Cookbook. She has been guest chef on various television shows, is twice the recipient of the prestigious Galliova Award and has also been named as South Africa's food writer of the year.
