Eighteen months after launching in Cape Town, Under the Radar (UTR) is opening up a new office in Johannesburg at the end of January 2008, to be headed up by business development director, Baphumze Msengana. “We are tremendously excited at the prospect of having to vie for business in this highly competitive environment, which we believe will suit our entrepreneurial spirit and approach to business.
