Google explores Google Images advertising
Memeburn has reported that Google will start advertising through its Images portal. According to Google, at least 50% of online shoppers indicated that product images, increasing looked for on Google Images, inspired them to purchase.
The 'visual ad' function will allow users to click on and buy items through images while browsing through the Google Images search. It's currently being tested among businesses and users but is expected to expand.
