Publicis shares drop as sales plummet
The Financial Times reports that advertising group Publicis recorded a 9% drop in the value of its shares. The group is currently reviewing its health subsidiary because it reported an unexpected drop in sales in the second quarter of the year.
Investors have expressed concern as the growing shift in the advertising market to digital media as the traditional agency-based model is struggling to adjust to competition from US tech groups such as Google.
