Saltwater Girl chooses cover girl
Cape Town's Louisa Mitchell - the Saltwater Girl of 2009.
The hunt for the second annual Saltwater Girl magazine Cover Search competition is over. Cape Town's 16-year-old Louisa Mitchell beat thousands of young hopefuls to claim the cover of the magazine's April Expressions issue. Mitchell was flown to Durban on 23 February for a day of fashion and pampering where she was guided and assisted by professional photographers and fashion stylists throughout her stay.
