International calling promotion from Cell C

To give South Africans cheaper rates to connect with loved ones overseas during the holiday season, Cell C has launched its 65c per minute (pure per second billing) to both fixed and mobile lines for customers calling the UK, US, Germany, Greece, Portugal, France, Belgium, Canada, Spain, India, China and Singapore. There is no opt-in and the rates are applicable to all new and existing Prepaid, TopUp, Postpaid and LCR customers and will be available until 31st January 2014.
