Make dreams come true with living and loving's "reach 1 000 bears" project

As part of the Reach For A Dream Foundation's Show You Care Send A Bear project to bring a smile to the faces of sick children in paediatric wards around the country, living and loving magazine is aiming to raise 1000 bears from 1 October to 30 November 2011. These soft and cuddly toys provide a welcome distraction from the medical treatment children receive in hospital, and will help to alleviate some of the anxiety and fear they may be experiencing. As part of this campaign, the purchaser of the bear receives a thank-you bear certificate, and the dream child will receive a tag attached to the bear saying who the bear is from, with hugs.
