Celebrating spring in Newtown
The Joburg Arts Alive International Festival starts at the Mary Fitzgerald Square in Newtown on Saturday 3rd September. Part of the festivities is the Jozi Spring Celebration day, which will be filled with live music, young poets, an African Market and a Kidz Zone in Newtown Park with a fun fair and entertainment. The City of Johannesburg is the host, main sponsor and key stakeholder of the Arts Alive Festival and it is supported this year by the National Lottery.
