FORK Celebration - 'Nearly' 10 years
Foodies and loyal patrons flocked to the newly refurbished FORK Restaurant on Long Street to celebrate 'nearly' 10 years with restaurateur Ed Saunders.
Ed threw a big party to thank his loyal followers and to introduce his new chef, new manager and new delicious pinchos menu delights! Ed has played a large role in pioneering the Cape Town tapas dining movement, opening Fork back in 2005. For the past decade, Fork has served unfussy and uncompromising pinchos and now putting even more focus on the offerings by taking the dishes to the next level.
