Med-Lemon wraps up its "share thre warmth this winter" campaign

Med-Lemon, together with MaAfrika Tikkun, has distributed scarves to the needy across South Africa over the past two months, bringing its innovative 2010 'Share the warmth this winter campaign' to an end. MaAfrika Tikkun's brand ambassador, Elana Afrika, excited the crowds in Johannesburg and Cape Town with an appearance and presented the children with their own scarves!

Handovers were also done in Durban and East London to spread the warmth this winter.

Aimed at helping our country's most vulnerable citizens cope with freezing weather during the cold winter, the 'Share the warmth this winter campaign'
is now in its fifth year.

This year, Med-Lemon appealed to warm-hearted South Africans (including churches and charities) to join them and donate wool and winter woollies as well as help knit.

As soon as the autumn leaves begin to fall in 2011, the next 'Share the warmth this winter campaign' will prepare to spread even more winter warmth and even more scarves across South Africa.
