SABC 2 (20H30-Tswana/Sotho) News presentation style is not attractive especially studio interviews
I have noticed for sometimes now that the news presentation style used by SABC 2 in the evening slot (20h30-Tswana/Sotho)is not attractive at all.Live studio interviews during news is boring, old style, lack of creativity and is time-wasting especially in that slot wherein most of the news channels have already broadcast their news. 9 Oct 2008

TV presenters waiting in the wings
Why is it so difficult to get into presenting in this country? Having completed an intensive TV training course and armed with passion, determination, good looks , some radio experience, the relevant degree and a couple commercials under my belt, I thought that I would be a shoe-in for a presenting or news reading job... Alas, that was four years ago and I still don't have one. I have remained determined- I continued training, even trying some modeling. In desperation, I started calling TV channels, telling them that I was prepared to start from the bottem and work my way up. No chance! It's really getting ridiculous now! 16 Sep 2008

Flash for High Quality TV Production
Using Flash to produce TV commercials, mainly for Retail Advertising, but not restricted to as it's pretty flexible up to a point.Although it's very possible and at a huge reduction in production costs, the benefits are for the Clients and I suppose the production companies are keeping mum about it as it would bite into their charges for production.Just wondered if there are any TV Production people out there willing to use it? 8 Jun 2008
