Erich has been with Road Lodge Port Elizabeth for the past nine years and was keen to return to Courtyard Hotel Port Elizabeth, having worked there as junior assistant general manager from 2005 to 2007 and as assistant general manager from 2007 to 2010. He has rapidly embraced the Courtyard Hotel revitalisation programme and the standardisation process on which the general managers of the Courtyard Hotel brand have embarked. He holds a National Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management from Port Elizabeth Technikon and a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Business Administration from the Nelson Mandela Business School.

Lizelle is opening general manager of the first Town Lodge in KwaZulu-Natal, having headed up Road Lodge Umhlanga Ridge since 2009. She joined the City Lodge Academy trainee management programme with City Lodge Hotel Bryanston at age 19 and shortly after with Courtyard Hotel Rosebank. She was appointed to receptionist/night auditor at Road Lodge Carnival City in 2001 and assistant manager in 2002. In 2004 Lizelle joined the team at Town Lodge Sandton, Grayston Drive as senior assistant manager and a year later was appointed assistant general manager at City Lodge Hotel Umhlanga Ridge. Lizelle has honed her skills set through constant part-time studies and course attendance, qualifying her in a variety of business and hospitality facets. She has earned many awards and accolades from industry and within CLHG.

Ayanda Masemola is taking over from Lizelle as general manager of Road Lodge Umhlanga Ridge. He was previously general manager of Road Lodge Pietermaritzburg. Ayanda had extensive experience in the hotel industry before joining CLHG as junior and later senior assistant general manager of Courtyard Hotel Arcadia. After fulfilling his post as assistant general manager at City Lodge Hotel Hatfield in 2014, Ayanda joined the Accelerated Development and Deployment Programme (ADDP), working as admin controller at Town Lodge Midrand and general manager at Road Lodge East London. He was appointed opening general manager of Road Lodge Pietermaritzburg in 2015. Ayanda holds diplomas in business management and hospitality service management as well as certificates in a diverse range of hospitality and affiliated training.
