CETA: South Africa’s infrastructure boom must become an engine for skills and jobs









It says that between January and March, the Joburg supply chain management unit approved plans to set up three IT companies for unspecified projects with a maximum spend of up to R750 million over three years.
The Star says the unit's report refers to IT-related projects and city spokesman Nthatisi Modingoane has dismissed suggestions that it had circumvented the open-tender processes.
