Litha Communications expands into design, new clients come on board

Litha Communications has expanded its creative offering with the addition of an artistic design business unit that allows it to develop innovative concepts both in written and visual format for the benefit of clients' projects, thereby enhancing clients' corporate identity, through its new vision and strategy.

Litha now offers in-house creative conceptualisation, design, repro and print. It can create newsletters for its clients and, with its state of the art IT system, can disseminate these newsletters on their behalf. The system can be used to develop customised research on targeted databases for their messaging needs and can upload a link with a portfolio.

"Never underestimate the power of a strong, purpose driven, creative identity for your conferences, gala events and meetings," adds Teresa Jenkins, MD of Litha Communications. "The demand on people's time is now so great that any event needs to offer compelling reasons for delegates to devote time and money - an essential part of this is a defined event identity that enables it to stand out among the clutter of today."

"The same is also true of email newsletters - to engage the attention span of leaders, clients and stakeholders requires emotive designs and messages that pull readers into the document and make them eager for further exchanges of ideas."

"The new system is enabling the consultancy to expand its client base and, in a short span of time, we have gained new clients for the design side. These include brochures for the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA); the Scarce Skills brochure, CDs, banners, branding and the creative and speech writing for the Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority (EWSETA) AGM; and we have just been awarded the annual report tender for Health and Welfare Sector Educational Training Authority," she concludes.

Established in 1999, by Teresa Jenkins and Beaulah du Toit, as a communications and events management company, Litha Communications today offers professional international and national conferences, events and exhibitions management; public relations and media liaison; and exclusively designed corporate identity and brand experiences.
