2022 Gerety Awards executive jury announced

The Gerety Awards has revealed the full executive jury for 2022.

The only award show to reward the best advertising from the female vision has also announced 11 March as the entry deadline.

This year the locations holding executive jury sessions are: London, New York, São Paulo, Mexico City, Copenhagen, Moscow, Brussels, Vienna, Manila and Tokyo. As well as defining the overall shortlist, these juries will choose the agency and production company of the year from their country.

The executive juries include some of the advertising industries most awarded and recognisable names:

  • Merlee Jayme, chief creative officer, Dentsu International APAC, Philippines
  • Shiho Fukuhara, artist, technology integration lead, Google, Japan
  • Rita-Maria Spielvogel, creative director, BBDO Wien, Austria
  • Sue Higgs, ECD, DentsuMB, UK
  • Daria Zolotukhina, head of FashionTech, Kids, Sport E-com and Private Labels, Yandex Market, Russia
  • Kelly Fredrickson, president, MullenLowen, USA
  • Mariana Sá, chief creative officer, McCann, Brazil
  • Jessica Apellániz, chief creative officer, Ogilvy Mexico and Latam, Mexico

Since its inception, Gerety has included hundreds of creative leaders each year on juries held around the world. This year is no different with a new jury that includes 180 judges from 35 different countries.

“Gerety has quickly become one of the most respected benchmarks for the industry, recognised in worldwide rankings”, co-founder Lucía Ongay says. “The past winners have reflected that of other major award shows, with one important difference, being a Gerety winner is proof that the work resonates with women.”
