The Agency wins Batho Pele account

The Agency has landed the Batho Pele account. An initiative by the South African government, Batho Pele is aimed at communicating improvements in service delivery offered by governmental departments to citizens country wide, as well as launching an on-line service facility.

Offering complete through-the-line services The Agency will refresh Batho Pele, giving the project momentum. This includes communicating the project to the public and publicising success stories, as well as an internal programme to reward outstanding service delivery by a public servant.

In addition The Agency will launch the Gateway Project, an on-line programme, which will allow South Africans to apply for passports, identity documents etc, electronically.
