Basic Information

• Minimum 1 years experience in sales and/or account management
• Must have own transport
• Working Hours 9am to 5pm
• 1 hr lunch break
• R15 000/m Basic
• 5% commission on all sales
• 2% on recurring contracts
• Phone provide for at office.

The Role

Element15 is looking for a dynamic salesperson with the patience and willingness to drive sustainable growth for our brand and marketing agency. A basic understanding of the marketing and advertising industry is a must. But more importantly, we are looking for a strong team player with a passion for learning, the ability to take initiative and the patience required to help clients get what they need. 

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of long term relationships and who knows that sales takes time. Initially you will be working directly with the MD of the company, and over time, as you close more and more deals, you will be given more responsibility and independence.

You will be expected to make cold calls and cold visits to prospects everyday, from day one. You will also be expected to cultivate new prospect lists. There will be a three month probation period to test your sales skills, as well as to make sure you are the right fit culturally. Only serious applicants should apply.

Requirements

Clear verbal communication in English
Clear written communication in English
Computer literate on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
Be able to work in a team
The courage to contact cold
The willingness to make mistakes and correct them quickly
Be process driven - you will be required to log all activities into a CRM everyday.
