Avusa now level 3 B-BBEE contributor
The Media Development and Diversity Agency (MDDA) has welcomed the verification of Avusa Ltd as a level 3 B-BBEE contributor by Emex Trust,a SANAS-accredited BEE verification agency, on 27 October 2010. The verification certificate notes a black ownership of 51.38% prior to the acquisition of UHC, which came into effect on 1 November.
