Gary Fraser
Key Account Manager at The Green Company
Show profile Hide profileI have several years' experience in the sales and account management Industry.
I was with suunto for many years as well as the two different companies the first company that had the agency for suunto was Manex and power marine, they were a company that specialised in marine and scuba diving, When I joined the company they were expanding the suunto range of watches into the fitness industry and I was bought in to get this market up and running, from Manex and power Marine the brand moved to Ultimo a company with many brands in the outdoor and eyewear industry and I that saw me running many different areas of the brand, My main roll with the brand was to ensure sales and opening of new accounts in Gauteng as well as Pretoria and the outlying areas. I would also fly down to kwazulu natal, the eastern cape and cape town, The reason for these trips was to meet with the agents in each area discuss any issues that were happening with the brand, I would do training with them at their clients and also set up training sessions with the major accounts in each area.
Currently I am working as the key account manager for David Green eyewear, I deal with all our major accounts as well as key accounts such as Mellins eye style and dischem eye wear.
