Sap appoints Sohail Carim to drive global public sector business

Sohail Carim has been tasked with driving Sap's digital transformation for its global public sector business. As the global director of digital government management, Carim will drive the company's efforts with public sector organisations across the African continent, as well as Middle East and North America.

Carim, who originally joined Sap in 2012, has worked across several areas of the Sap business and in multiple markets. Prior to joining Sap, he worked for Accenture for eight years where he rose through the ranks to ultimately head-up management consulting for public services in South Africa.
