Toya Delazy, releases the official music video for her new single ‘Funani’. The video was directed by acclaimed music video director, Kyle Lewis and shot in Tembisa, a township situated in Gauteng, South Africa.

Matthew Mole has released his new single, “Let Me”, off his upcoming album Ghost. In his own words, the single “is a song about looking past our selfishness, to love one another. In this song, I talk about how we can walk together, dream together and love each other unconditionally.” The video for the track (directed by Alastair Thomas) draws fans closer to Mole’s fears about confronting one’s insecurities and his aspirations regarding interpersonal relationships....

Justin Serrao has released the music for his new power ballad, "Perfect Stranger". Directed by Charl Fraser, the music video was filmed at four different locations in Johannesburg, with some of the footage shot on a previous trip to New York. The locations in Joburg were High Seas Studios in Rosebank, a private home in Northcliff, Sandton Gautrain Station and The Botanist in Parkhurst.

In a move that won’t disappoint fans, Die Heuwels Fantasties has released a brand new single, “Jy Stel my Teleur”. “Jy Stel my Teleur” is the first single from a full-length album that will be released soon. The album was recorded at Sunset Recording Studios in Stellenbosch by Jürgen von Wechmar, who also mixed the final version of “Jy Stel my Teleur”. The video of “Jy Stel my Teleur” is a composition of images that were filmed at Sunset Recording Studios during the recording of the album, as well as some footage of Die Heuwels’s set at Liefde by die Dam, which was held in Johannesburg in August this year....

Music Exchange (#MEX19), South Africa's only entertainment-economy-focused conference, was held for the ninth time from 13 to 15 September 2019 at the Radisson Red Hotel at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. Stage and recording artist icon, David Kramer delivered one of the two keynote address at MEX19. Candice Pillay was the other keynote speaker. Music Exchange was also honoured and recognised by the Western Cape Government for its contribution to Arts and Culture in March, and this year's conference will have an overarching theme of "rights". The conference started on Friday 13 September, with all three major collecting agencies in the country - sharing the podium at the country's only annual conference that seeks to empower South Africa's entertainment economy....
