The 104.9fm Radiothon, sponsored by Engen and broadcast live from the Canal Walk shopping mall in Cape Town, raised over R184 000 in aid of the Red Cross Children's Hospital to purchase open neonatal incubators. This is the only dedicated specialist paediatric hospital in Sub-Saharan Africa.
