ICASA has extended the submission date on the draft Radio Frequency Spectrum Assignment Plan (RFSAP) until 28 January 2015. It was published on 14 November 2014. It seeks to specify the technical conditions on the use of the frequency bands and is aimed at soliciting views from stakeholders on the Rules for Services operating in each Frequency Band. Stakeholders felt that the initial period of 14 days for comments was insufficient.
