Kerzner International names Richard Lyon GM of the Year

Kerzner International recognised One&Only Cape Town general manager Richard Lyon as the GM of the Year. Lyon received the accolade at Kerzner's annual conference.

The award was given in recognition for Lyon's leadership. Lyon has more than 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry and shares his knowledge at the One & Only through further training and development, constant engagement with management, feel-like-a-guest programme, and cross-department training.
