D'oreale Grande hotel awarded certificate of excellence

D'oreale Grande hotel at Emperors Palace has been awarded the 2017 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor.

The award picks out establishments that consistently receive exceptional travel reviews on TripAdvisor and maintain an overall rating of at least four out of five stars. It also recognises hospitality excellence around the world.

Winners are chosen based on the quality and quantity of reviews submitted over a 12-month period.
