Wicked first issue sales

The new glossy teen mag for 14-19 year old girls, Wicked, has achieved a provisional sales figure of 8 413 for its first issue. "Over the next two issues we will be streamlining and maximising our distribution. Now that everybody knows who we are and what we stand for, we expect circulation to grow quickly, which is why we increased the print order from 20 000 to 25 000 effective from the November 2002 issue. Our aim is to hit 15 000 within a year and we expect to reach double figures for our first ABC," said publisher, Paul Kerton.
