Sum up 2010 in a phrase

From 17-30 November 2010, tweeters will be able to submit their favourite catchphrase of 2010, to the newly launched competiton for 'Phrase of the Year', by tweeting @sandtontimes with the hash tag #PhraseOf2010. The results will be gathered and the final Top 10 list including 'Phrase of the Year' will be released on 1 December 2010.
