Jumia Food customers in Kenya, Uganda may now do pre-payments
Online food delivering company Jumia has made the option to do an online pre-payment available for its customers in Kenya and Uganda. The new payment option leverages the prominence of online payments in Africa.
Jumia Food's MD, Shreenal Ruparelia, says the uptake of pre-payments will enhance customer experience, reduce pilferage for restaurants, and offer food customers more choice in regards to payment options.
