Responsible for: Be the friendly face that creates amazing experiences for our clients. You'll help bring their visual stories to life while smashing sales targets and building lasting relationships.

• Client consultation: Guide customers through their printing journey from concept to collection
• Upselling with purpose: Suggest upgrades that genuinely enhance their final product
• Stock management: Keep our shelves stocked and organized

• Software mastery: Navigate ORMS Create and Print like a pro
• Systems excellence: Handle embrace till operations, credits, refunds, and invoicing flawlessly
• Space curation: Maintain a welcoming, organized workspace
• Trend spotting: Stay current with promotions, offers, and cutting-edge printing tech
• Product care: Price and pack stock with attention to detail
• Flexibility: Take on additional projects and tasks that help our team succeed

Minimum educational and tech skills to perform job:

• Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Light Room
• A passion for staying ahead of digital printing trends and tech innovations
• Outstanding customer service skills and etiquette.
• Fluent in two languages to connect with our diverse community
• Photography/printing experience: A major advantage that'll set you apart!
• No colour blindness - Essential for accurate print work
