Johncom BEE deal falls through
NEWSWATCH: Business Day reports that that Johncom's talks with black investor groups fell through on Friday, 26 October 2007, as “the deal failed to garner 75% support from shareholders” according to sources. Johncom will still go ahead with its plan to break up the company into two separately listed entities.
