Top financial journalism prize for Sarie journalist

The Citadel Words on Money Journalism prize has been awarded to Sarie journalist Suzette Truter in the Consumer Publication category. Truter, who competed with several top financial journalists from specialist financial publications, was praised for her two feature article entries, one entitled 'Wat is daardie polis werd?' and another on gambling. "This exciting achievement serves to further cement Sarie's commitment to making all encompassing information available to every Afrikaans-speaking woman, and we will endeavour to continue producing quality journalism that will both inspire and empower our readers," says Sarie editor Michélle van Breda.
