SNO bidders narrowed down to two

Of the original four bidders for the 51% foreign equity partnership in the Second Network Operator, namely Two Consortium, CommuniTel, Detecon Afri/China and TeleAccess Investment SA, the Second National Operator Working Committee (SNOWC) has recommended to Minister of Communications, Dr Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri, that the bids of Two Consortium and Communitel be submitted to Icasa for evaluation.
