Merit only rewards Big Break Legacy winner

Commenting on social media chatter, Ezra Ndwandwe, entrepreneur and creator of the Big Break Legacy reality TV show, says the winner of the R5million prize will be determined by merit, not race, gender or cultural background. Ndwandwe says entrepreneurship is colour-blind and the best ideas that are turned into business success stories do not include a BEE scorecard. It launches on 2 February 2012 on SABC 2 with 12 contestants from different cultural, gender and race groups.
