SABC building in Mpumalanga considered safe
A structural engineer has confirmed that the SABC building in Mpumalanga has no structural defects and is therefore considered safe, says the SABC in a statement. This follows the publication yesterday, 27 July 2011, of the article 'SABC staff in a 'deathtrap'' in Sowetan Live. The corporation refers to the ongoing internal and external renovations that are taking place as part of maintenance issues and that the health and safety of its employees are of paramount importance and it will do everything necessary to ensure this.
