Clarification on editor of Automobil

The new editor of the official RMI journal Automobil, which will be published by RamsayMedia and not the Future Group from the July 2011 edition, is Caroline Gibbs. Wynter Murdoch (who edited the monthly title for five years), in March declined RamsayMedia's offer to stay with the title, following the RMI's decision to switch publishers. Murdoch still heads up the Future Group Automotive Division editorial team, which is in the process of launching the SA Auto Annual - a review of the local automotive industry - and, in conjunction with the Sunday Times, the People's Wheels Awards.
