Ad forecasters predict global rebound in 2003
Global ad spending was expected to climb 2.9% in 2003 and 4.4% in 2004, according to ZenithOptimedia CEO John Perriss. Europe is expected to lag U.S. initially in 2003 with a 2.5% rise but bypass it in 2004 with a 4.6% rise.
