The Hardy Boys advertising agency and Hirt & Carter Group production house have formed a 50/50 joint venture company. Dale Tomlinson, Hardy Boys MD said, "Fusion was largely driven by the changes in our industry where clients are questioning the way agencies function and how they derive their revenue."
