Pendorings in die Karoo

This year's KKNK (Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees) in Oudtshoorn will feature several Pendoring activities, such as Doring Awards to creative teams and an open competition in which the public can vote for their favourite ads, and possibly win money. There will be daily workshops on how to write advertising copy, with the best slogan writer winning prizes worth R500. Also, Pendoring (Edms) Bpk, Ampie van Straaten’s popular radio play, will form part of the mainstream production at the festival.
