Effie Index ranks WPP as top communications services group
The 2018 Effie Index has ranked WPP as the most effective communications services group; this marks the seventh consecutive year that WPP has received the accolade.
The Effie Index recognises companies that create the most effective marketing communications ideas from around the world - in terms of measurable business results for clients.
The ranking is based on companies' cumulative success in more than 40 national, regional and global Effie Awards competitions. The 2018 Effie Index was compiled from 3,476 finalists and winning entries from worldwide Effie Award competitions throughout 2017.
