WPP obtains Bomtempo, Anahory & Ralha
WPP has acquired Bomtempo, Anahory & Ralha (Bar). Bar will join operations with Ogilvy & Mather Portugal.
The combined business trading will be recognised as Bar Ogilvy and will be managed by the founders of Bar.
The acquisition enforces WPP's strategy of investing in important markets and sectors.
