Altech awarded for best reporting, communications

Altech last week was awarded the Investment Analyst Society's Best Reporting and Communications Award in the General Industrial category for the third time, presented at a gala dinner held in Sandton, Johannesburg. Altech won this award previously in 2006 and 2008. Commented Joe Makhafola, newly appointed group executive: corporate affairs, marketing, government liaison and regulatory affairs, "In order to foster first-class investor relations, we believe that communication is a universal bonding agent, hence our concerted effort in good investor relations for prudent investment decisions."
