Cautionary announcement to AME shareholders

Shareholders in African Media Entertainment Limited (AME) have been warned that the company has entered into negotiations, which if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which the company's shares trade on the JSE. The subscribers have accordingly been advised to exercise caution in dealing in their AME shares until a further announcement in this regard has been made.
