Movember 'shaves off' in Durban
The Men's Foundation held two 'shave-offs' in Durban to officially mark the start of Movember in South Africa. For more than a decade and in 21 countries, men have been growing out their facial hair to raise awareness and funds for men's health during the month of November.
Lotus FM's Neville Pillay and Ryan Naicker participated in the 10am 'shave-off' at Nev the Barbers in Durban North. Other Movember ambassadors, Olympic gold medalist Chad le Clos, his dad Bert, East Coast Radio's Darren Maule, and former Springbok player, AJ Venter took part in the second 'shave-off' held at Gerald Wells' Barber Shop in Hillcrest.
