"Our products daily touch the quality of life of South Africans in many meaningful ways and it is pleasing to be rewarded for the significant investment in product innovation that leads to capturing more hearts and minds in our quest to be the best in a highly competitive market," says Marijn van Tiggelen, chair of Unilever South Africa.
In referring to the group's sustainable living plan, Van Tiggelen said, "Our plan is designed to reduce our impacts across the whole lifecycle of our products. Innovation and technology will be key to achieving these reductions."
