The 2022 event sold-out in record time before a single artist was announced. Expect world-class artists, exciting stages like the Casa Bacardi Pool Stage, Bacardi cocktails and food available all weekend long. Not to mention the attendees, who always bring the holiday spirit with their non-stop energy and spectacular costumes.

After rolling lockdowns and restrictions for two years, The Summer of Love is meant to be an opportunity to embrace our newfound freedom, reminiscent of the swinging ’60s. Festival-goers are encouraged to don tassels, body paint, coloured sunglasses, headbands, bold prints, bright colours and to truly be free.

A fire line-up can be expected for the weekend's entertainment. From Kwaito classics to Amapiano hits, Hip Hop, Neo-soul and everything in between: Nasty C, Khuli Chana, Trompies, DJ Kent, supported by a support line-up including PH, Marcus Harvey, DBN Gogo, JustTravisCPT, Spontaneous, Lubonk, Kyotic, Venom, Kooldrink, Lelowhatsgood, Fif Laaa and more, all set to heat up Jozi’s top all-inclusive music festival this week.

The festival will take place from 4-6 March from 5pm and end at 4pm on 6 March. The event will take place at the Welgelegen Manor, Balfour, which is about a one hour drive from Johannesburg. A Covid-19 certificate and ID are required for entry.
