Marketing an intangible is about marketing a concept that cannot be embraced by the human senses. The nucleus of the Marketing strategy, the Marketing research, is the key to a successful campaign and consequently a successful organisation.

It is a reality that these organisations need to portray a positive brand image and enhance customer relationships in order for them to become more accepted by the public. These organisations are not driven by profit, but by development.
