Simone Puterman and Rod Baker become respectively managing editor and general manager: content; both report to managing director Robin Parker.

Simone Puterman will have the overall responsibility for editorial integrity, contributor management, social media and user experience development, while Rod Baker will be responsible for the overall management of content online and the co-ordination of developments in content across all of Bizcommunity.com's portals as well as the development of new elements of independent content as well as commercially based content. He will also oversee aggregated content.

In sales, Zureta Olivier, while continuing in a sales capacity, will also take on the role of sales support and customer relations with direct relevance to the implementation and management of the sales software programme to achieve increased sales from our own client base and reduce the unnecessary administrative burden on field staff.
