Now taste comes colour coded
Rainbow FoodSolutions has launched its new Flavourburst Meal Cut Portion (MCP) range and says feedback from the trade has been positive.

“In April the Rainbow FoodSolutions teams launched the new range to all the Caterplus and Vector branches ... feedback from the launches and the trade has been very positive, with the show-stopper always being the products themselves,” says Daryl Milne, the company's Marketing Manager.
He says his company developed the range over an eight-month period, with the objective being to raise the bar in the MCP market.
“The new range also offers new colour-coded packaging for easy identification in use and in storage. In addition, we have ensured that the packaging contains vital consumer-friendly information, which is becoming more and more important in foodservice establishments e.g. nutritional information, allergen statements, storage and cooking instructions etc. This is yet another “first” for the MCP market, which has comprised predominantly bulk-packed unidentifiable products,” Milne adds.
Consumers can choose from a range of 12 portions, which means there is an MCP product in the range to suit almost every menu and budget.
