Stock Options adds fizz to Coke's "Reasons to Believe" ad campaign

The feel-good " Reasons to Believe" ads are part of an international Coke campaign, which addresses the prevailing gloomy outlook by accentuating the positive in a most delightful way.

The ads required specific global and local imagery, according to Greatstock's Angela van der Merwe; "Our work started at pitch stage, researching and presenting suitable clips to the creative teams at Frieze Films to present to agency. Working together with Frieze Film's director Malo8 and producer Saskia Finlayson from an early stage was great for us, as it allowed our film - savvy approach and extensive global network of resources to come to the fore for this project".

Van der Merwe reports that working within tight deadlines needed special understanding from all concerned, and required having spare Hi-res clips on standby - to give Aces Up editor Shaun Broude some additional creative options for the final edit, which skillfully combined custom-shot sequences and stock scenes.

The result was a charming set of commercials (00:90, 00:60 and 00:45) which are getting extensive exposure via TV, Cinema and Internet.
